Life is busy. You struggle to slow down and catch your breath. Your thoughts and emotions seem to speed faster than you can process them. Prayer is supposed to be a space to slow down and connect with God, but praying in the way many of us do can end up feeling like just another item on the to-do list. Are you ready to change that? Learn about contemplative prayer and how you can deepen your spiritual life through contemplative practices.
Experienced meditation teacher and pastor Tia Norman will guide you through five lessons on contemplative prayer practices. Along the way, you’ll learn about the biblical foundations of contemplative prayer, discover how contemplative practices can enrich your spiritual life, and get practical tips for incorporating contemplative prayer into your daily life.
